Refund and Returns Policy

At Glassnfire, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

We gladly accept returns of unused or defective items within 30 days of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@glassnfire.shop to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund

Return Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

Please pack your item(s) securely in the original shipping box (or a sturdy alternative) and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.


Processing Your Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error.
